Cassandra Kestenberg

Born and raised in Northern NJ, Cassandra graduated from Passaic High in 2005, participating on the softball team, cheerleading squad, spinning for PHS's 2004 state champion colorguard, and also spent 4 years in NJROTC competing in the their national drill team competitions for Platoon Trick Unarmed & athletic teams and later graduating from Marine boot camp.

Cassandra is currently studying Nursing and her passion is working with people to lead happy and healthier lives. She focuses on motivation and achieving success in her CKO classes. All the while keeping workouts not only challenging, but also motivating and fun.
