Anna Gan

Anna Gan was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY where she was involved in karate and ballet in her younger years. After moving to Fair Lawn, NJ in her teen years she continued to stay active by taking on tennis, track, and competitive dance. Then during her senior year she became a tennis instructor for all age groups in the spring season, and became more focused on competitive Latin ballroom during the remainder of the year. After high school Anna went on to graduate from Empire Beauty School.

After running track and field in high school, Anna could not find a suitable workout to achieve the results she really wanted until she heard about CKO. Anna took her first class with Dan and immediately fell in love with kick boxing and knew it was exactly what she was looking for. She was a member for 6 months before she joined the CKO Clifton staff in hopes of helping others achieve the phenomenal results that she too had reached.

Currently Anna is attending Bergen Community College as a biology major but when she is not in school you can catch her at CKO. Though it may seem that Anna has a wide variety of teachings, do not under estimate this young instructor for she is currently studying Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial arts. When it comes to teaching at CKO, she brings much fun and energy while giving an awesome work out.
